Fees and Insurance

Individual counselling sessions are offered at a standard fee of $160 per session.

Fees reflect professional training, clinical experience, and the quality of care provided.

• Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $160 per session​

• Format: Secure online sessions​

• Language: English​

• Clients: Adults and adolescents (ages 14+)

• Payment is due at the time of the session​

• Accepted payment methods include credit card and e-transfer​

• Receipts are provided after each session

As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), my services are covered by health insurance plans.

Coverage varies depending on your provider and individual plan.

Clients are encouraged to confirm with their insurance provider:

• Coverage for services provided by a Registered Social Worker

• Annual or per-session limits

• Reimbursement procedures

​A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
