About

I welcome adults and adolescents to my therapy practice, providing a space of compassion and radical honesty for healing and self-discovery. As a licensed clinical social worker, my mission is to help you deepen your relationship with yourself, process your experiences, and move toward healing and empowerment.
In therapy, I take a collaborative approach—I am here to hold up a mirror to your patterns, reflect on the connections we uncover together, and help you explore the thoughts and emotions that shape your life. Together, we work as a team to understand how these patterns may be holding you back, and we develop a path toward reclaiming your identity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
I integrate an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens in my practice, recognizing the impact of trauma, culture, race, gender, sexuality, and other intersecting identities on your experiences. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, and grief, with a special focus on recovery for survivors of conjugal violence.
My journey into social work and my specialization in conjugal violence recovery is deeply personal. As a child and teenager, I spent years witnessing conjugal violence in my own household. I understand firsthand the lasting emotional and psychological impact that living in an abusive environment can have. This lived experience, combined with my professional training, allows me to approach therapy with a unique depth of empathy, insight, and dedication. I not only understand the clinical aspects of trauma but also the real-life complexities that come with healing from abuse.
